Synchronized Kissing



Synchronized Kissing 


1. Face each other with your lips slightly open. 

2. Slowly lean towards each other and gently let your lips touch.  

3. Softly inhale and exhale together, sharing and synchronizing the  same breath. 



Practice Exercise:  

1. Face your palm with your lips slightly open.   

2. Slowly lean towards your palm and let your lips touch.  

3. Try to hold your breath for for three seconds and then exhale to  practice controlling your breath.
