Kissing sometimes involves the ability to hold your breath and move your mouth at the same time.
One exercise that can tell you if your lungs can stand the test is:
1) Get a piece of gum.
2) Chew it while holding your breath for 20 seconds.
If you cannot do this action successfully, we need to build your strength!
Breathing Exercise
1) Breathe in as much air as you can.
2) Hold your breath for 5 seconds.
3) Clench and smile with open lips over your teeth.
4) Slowly let go of your breath through your clenched teeth.
What this does is help you practice diverting the air that comes out of your mouth as you kiss if you end up needing to breath through your mouth. Remember, you want to breath them in, not suffocate them.
