The Tongues Play



The Tongues Play


1. Face each other with your lips slightly open.  

2. Play with each others tongues.

3. Try to pay very close attention to the feel and taste of the other person’s mouth. 



Practice Exercise:  

1. Face your palm with your lips slightly open.  

2. Play with your tongue on the palm of your hand.  

3. Pay attention to the feel and taste of your skin.

1. Face each other with your lips slightly open.  

2. Play with each others tongues.  

3. Slowly move your tongue across their teeth.

4. Take your tongue and gently touch the roof of their mouth. 



Practice Exercise:  

1. Face your palm with your lips slightly open.  

2. Play on your palm with your tongue.  

3. Slowly move your tongue across your palm in a horizontal line.  

4. Take your tongue and gently touch the part of your hand in the  crease between your thumb and index finger. 

The Closed Kiss

1. Seize both lips of the other person between your teeth.

2. Gently breathe them in. 



Practice Exercise: 

1. Seize both lips on the outer side of your index finger.  

2. Softly grab your finger between your teeth.  

3. Breathe. 

The Tantra Butterfly

1. Face each other with your lips slightly open.

2. Slowly lean towards each other and let your lips touch.  

3. One covers the others face with gentle kisses with lips closed.

4. Bring your eye close to their skin.

5. Gently flutter their face with the fine softness of your fluttering  eyelashes.  

6. Come back up and switch roles. 



Practice Exercise:  

1. Face your palm with your lips slightly open.  

2. Slowly lean towards your palm and let your lips touch.  

3. Cover your palm with gentle kisses with lips closed.  

4. Touch the soft skin of your eyelids, forehead, and cheeks. 

5. Then move your eyes back close to your palm.  

6. Gently flutter with the softness of your fluttering eyelashes against  your palm. 

The Kiss Bathing

1. Face each other with your lips slightly open.

2. Slowly lean towards each other and let your lips touch.  

3. One person continues kissing down to the neck and shoulders.  

4. Come back up and switch roles. 


Practice Exercise:  

1. Face your palm with your lips slightly open.   

2. Slowly lean towards your palm and let your lips touch.  

3. Continue kissing down the inside of your inner arm (the neck and  shoulders).  

Orgasmic Kissing

1. Face each other with your lips slightly open. 

2. Slowly lean towards each other and let your lips touch.  

3. Look each other in the eyes.  

4. Softly inhale and exhale together sharing synchronizing the breath,  never losing eye contact. 



Practice Exercise:  

1. Face your palm with your lips slightly open.  

2. Slowly lean towards your palm and gently let your lips touch.  

3. Look at the tips of your fingers (in the eyes). 

4. Softly inhale and exhale synchronizing the breath, never losing eye  contact with the top of your fingers. 

Synchronized Kissing

1. Face each other with your lips slightly open. 

2. Slowly lean towards each other and gently let your lips touch.  

3. Softly inhale and exhale together, sharing and synchronizing the  same breath. 



Practice Exercise:  

1. Face your palm with your lips slightly open.   

2. Slowly lean towards your palm and let your lips touch.  

3. Try to hold your breath for for three seconds and then exhale to  practice controlling your breath.
